These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders placed with Macy's Beachway Liquors & Wines, 701 Bridge Street, Weymouth, MA 02191. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Age requirement

You must be 21 or older to use this site and to buy alcohol. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required at pickup or delivery, and the person receiving the order must be 21 or older. We may refuse or cancel any order if age cannot be verified, if the customer appears intoxicated, or if a sale would break Massachusetts law.

Products and pricing

We work to keep prices, descriptions and stock accurate, but errors happen. Product images are for illustration, and vintages, labels and packaging may differ. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is unavailable or mispriced, we will contact you or cancel that item before charging.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it. Applicable Massachusetts sales taxes are added at checkout.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup orders can be collected during store hours. Local delivery is available where offered at checkout; see our Delivery Policy.

Returns

Alcoholic beverages cannot be returned once sold, except for a product that is damaged or defective. Please check your order and tell us about any problem right away.

Use of the site

Content on this site belongs to Macy's Beachway Liquors & Wines or its suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use.

Liability

Please drink responsibly. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
